About Celia

Celia J. Fratianne, MSW, LSW

As a recent graduate from Loyola University’s Graduate School of Social Work, specializing in Leadership, Mezzo, & Macro Practice, Celia has a deep understanding of how large systems play a role in who we are. Throughout her time at Loyola, Celia has worked closely with individuals and families while attending her master’s level placement. She has experience working with those who have lost their loved ones, need connection to resources, and/or are living with trauma. Celia is motivated to address common challenges within family systems, such as marital disputes, parent-child interactions, blended family dynamics, and communication breakdowns.

Celia’s approach to clinical work focuses on a strengths-based perspective, empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. She believes that everyone has different needs and works in tandem with one’s strengths to address the challenges in their lives. Celia utilizes traditional talk therapy, play therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to effectively understand and support her client wherever they may be in their journey. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief that each family is unique and deserving of tailored support.

Celia is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable populations,  is eager to expand her journey as a social worker, and is professionally supervised by Kathleen E. Eccles, MSW, LCSW, C-ACYFSW  as is required by law for her licensure.
